About the Role
This is a crucial support position within a mission-led organisation that truly prioritises its people. As Recruitment and Onboarding Support Specialist, you will serve as the vital link between potential candidates and hiring managers, making a meaningful impact on team quality and resident care standards. You will manage high-volume recruitment processes while ensuring every new team member receives exceptional onboarding support, contributing to the organisation’s overall mission and growth.
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with home managers, staying up-to-date with their recruitment requirements
- Post and manage high-volume job roles on Applicant Tracking Systems, ensuring maximum visibility across job boards and company website
- Screen large numbers of applications against role requirements, agreed criteria, and company values
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring events for multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the Applicant Tracking System with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure all onboarding processes are followed in line with job descriptions and company standards
- Source quality applicants through various recruitment channels
Essential
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in internal recruitment within fast-paced, high-volume environments
- 1 year’s experience in onboarding processes including Right to Work compliance checks
- Proven experience sourcing substantial numbers of applicants across multiple channels
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent communication skills with both team members and external applicants
- Strong computer literacy including Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency
- Exceptional organisation and administration capabilities
- Self-motivated approach with persistence and patience for challenging recruitment scenarios
Preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in internal recruitment
- Experience in direct sourcing of candidates
- Advanced Excel skills and data management capabilities

- Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
