Workman’s Recruitment is proud to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join a team of true craftsmen, creating bespoke, high-end kitchens and cabinetry by hand. You’ll be joining a well-established business that has been successfully trading for over a decade.

Working from a fully equipped on-site workshop, you’ll be part of a close-knit team dedicated to producing meticulously crafted, custom pieces built to the very highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble cabinets and furniture using a range of materials, ensuring exceptional quality and finish.
• Utilise hand and power tools effectively, including saws, drills, and sanders, to shape and complete wood components.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately build custom designs.
• Perform joinery tasks with precision, ensuring all joints are secure, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace and comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proven experience in bench joinery or cabinet making.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines.
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing top-quality work.

Package & Benefits:

• Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum.
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
