Workman’s Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly respected social housing contractor, renowned for over 80 years of consistent service excellence. This long-established contractor specialises in planned capital works, cyclical decorations, major works, and retrofit schemes, working with some of the UK’s largest housing associations and local councils.
We are seeking a Skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join the team on a permanent basis, to work on planned maintenance and capital works projects across Kent and Sussex.
Trade Skills & Responsibilities:
- Carpentry
- Render repairs
- Brick and concrete repairs
- Plastering
- Painting and decorating
- Repair Care systems
- Pointing
- Fencing repairs and installations
- Replacement of roofline/rainwater goods
Requirements:
- Full UK Driver’s License
- Proven experience in social housing or residential construction
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Company Package & Benefits:
- £37,000 -£38,000 per annum

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
